A Smile is the Most Beautiful Curve on a Woman's Body


Belum terlambat nak ucap Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha kan? Haih...raya kali ni I makan macam monster!!! Ketupat, rendang, laksa, lemang, semuanya i sapi..Habisla, gemuk lepas ni! Ya, bercakap mengenai diet!! Oh wait! Saya takkan suruh anda semua ikat perut anda..

Apabila menyentuh soal kesihatan, bab exercise saya nak tolak jauh-jauh..sebab saya tak suka sukan. So, the easiest way is through diet. My focus today is fruits!! I get it if some of you hate veggies, but who can resist fruits? You love fruit salad? You guys nak tau tak the easiest way to make fruit salad? (bukan main campak2 ea..) 

Penat I Google cari fruit salad yg nampak delicious (:
  • Choose fruits in a variety colours to make it look extremely delicious
  • Pick different textures (smooth and crunchy)
  • Squeeze some lemon or lime juice
  • You can add raisins, honey, whipped cream or almonds.





Memandangkan I dah sentuh soal badan2 ni..there are some of us yang obsessed with the number on that scale. Here are some myths about your body. (You guys maybe think it's healthy but it isn't!!) Saja, letak colour2..(:


Skinny = Fit
Kalau makan junk food banyak2 pun boleh kurus kan? But, is it healthy? Nope! You guys tau tak, if you guys eat a lot of pickles, chips etc. and tak exercise (macam saya), you akan cepat tired. So, practice balanced diet and exercise (dedication untuk I jugak!)
 
Kalau parents I gemuk, I ikut genetic diorang 
Memang la genes memainkan peranan. However, sometimes family lifestyles has a bigger impact on weight. Kalau diorang suka watch TV, ajak la pergi joging. Doing your chores is the best exercise (bagi I sebab I tak suka joging-joging segala). 
All skinny girls are unhealthy
It's not always involving bulimia and anorexia. Sometimes, it's normal. Just practice a healthy lifestyle. 

Skipping breakfast is okay
No! It's not okay. Breakfast is the most important meal. You have to take breakfast no matter how busy you are, Breakfast is important to help you recharge your energy.

Okay, habis sudah bebelan saya pasal kesihatan. Oh wait. satu lagi tips, bagi Muslims, abah and mama saya selalu nasihat, "Bangun awal, solat subuh, buat kerja rumah. Lepas tu, nak tidur, suka hatilah..."
